This Legal Notice regulates the use of the web pages contained on the website at www.solstridesprojects.com (the “Website”), owned by Solstrides Projects, an independent consultancy established in the Netherlands, contact email b.yilmaz@solstridesprojects.com, in accordance with the obligations set out in Dutch law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.

Access to and/or use of the Website confers the status of User, who accepts, from the moment of such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out below.

Solstrides Projects reserves the right to modify any information appearing on the Website, without any obligation to notify Users, publication on the Website being deemed sufficient notice.

General Conditions of Use

Privacy and data processing

Wherever personal data is required to access certain content or services, Users guarantee that the data they provide is truthful, accurate, authentic and valid. Solstrides Projects will process this data in accordance with the terms set out in our separate Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Industrial and intellectual property

The User acknowledges and accepts that all content displayed on the Website — including, without limitation, designs, text, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, and trade names — is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Solstrides Projects and/or third parties who hold the right to use it commercially. The User agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, or otherwise publicly communicate, transform, or modify such content. Solstrides Projects accepts no liability for any claim arising from a breach of this obligation.

Access to the Website does not, under any circumstances, imply any waiver, transfer, licence, or full or partial assignment of these rights, unless expressly stated otherwise. These General Conditions of Use do not grant Users any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication of the Website and/or its content beyond those expressly provided for here. Any other use is subject to the prior, express authorisation of Solstrides Projects or the relevant third-party rights holder.

Obligations and responsibilities of the User

The User agrees to:

Use the Website diligently, lawfully, and in good faith, in accordance with this Legal Notice.
Use content provided by Solstrides Projects or by third parties on the Website under their own sole responsibility.

The User must also refrain from reproducing, transforming, or distributing the content of the Website, unless expressly authorised by Solstrides Projects.

Liability

Continuous access to the Website is not guaranteed, nor is correct display, downloading, or use of the elements and information it contains, which may be prevented, hindered, or interrupted by factors beyond our control. Solstrides Projects is not responsible for decisions taken as a result of access to the content or information offered on the Website.

The service may be interrupted, or a User's access terminated, if their use of the Website or any service offered on it is found to be contrary to these General Conditions of Use. Solstrides Projects will not be liable for damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from use of the Website, including third-party claims resulting from a User's access to or use of it.

Solstrides Projects accepts no responsibility for content or information received as a result of data collection forms, which are provided solely for the purpose of enquiries relating to its consultancy services. Where a User's unlawful or incorrect use of the Website causes damage or loss, that User may be held liable for it.

Hyperlinks

The User agrees not to reproduce the Website, or any of its content, in any way — including via hyperlink — without the express written authorisation of Solstrides Projects.

The Website may include links to other websites managed by third parties, provided to facilitate Users' access to information from collaborating organisations. Solstrides Projects is not responsible for the content of such websites, nor does it act as guarantor of any services or information offered on them.

Data protection

Where use of certain Services requires the User to provide personal data beforehand, Solstrides Projects will process that data and apply appropriate security measures, in compliance with the GDPR and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG). Solstrides Projects reserves the right to use cookie technology on the Website, in order to recognise returning Users and personalise their experience (for example, remembering language or content preferences). The Website, built and hosted on Wix, also uses Google Analytics, which collects statistical information about visits, including approximate IP-based location; Google acts as the processor of this information.

Cookies are small files sent to your browser to record your browsing on the Website. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent, given via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you may withdraw this consent at any time. Declarations and warranties

The content and services offered on the Website are provided for general information purposes only. Accordingly, no guarantee or representation is made in relation to that content or those services, including, without limitation, as to their legality, reliability, usefulness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent that such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

Force majeure

Solstrides Projects accepts no liability whatsoever for any failure to provide the service where this results from prolonged interruptions to the electrical supply or telecommunications lines, social conflict, strikes, natural disasters, acts or omissions of government, or any other circumstance of force majeure or beyond its reasonable control.

Dispute resolution, governing law, and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use, and use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts — for Solstrides Projects, the District Court of Zeeland-West-Brabant (location Breda) — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant the User the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.

Should any provision of these General Conditions of Use be found unenforceable or void under applicable law or by judicial or administrative decision, this will not render the General Conditions of Use as a whole unenforceable or void. In such cases, Solstrides Projects will replace the affected provision with a valid, enforceable one that, as far as possible, achieves the same objective as the original.
